Our Chief Executive Officer, Don Hokanson, founded HHI Corporation in 1971. He holds a Bachelor's degree in physics from California State University, and membership in the International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO), American Concrete Institute (ACI), and National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), among others. Don is also a U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Certified Quality Control Manager.

In addition to acting as HHI's President, Cliff Hokanson works as a Senior Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and manages design for HHI's design-build projects. Cliff holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State, and has over fifteen years experience in the industry, with a focus on Federal projects. He is an Engineer in Training (EIT), an ACI-certified concrete technician, and an AWS certified welder.

Currently a registered Professional Engineer (both civil and structural) and a LEED associate in Utah, Robert Smith also holds both an MSCE and a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah. He spent twenty-five years with the Corps of Engineers, as a Project Engineer and a Resident Engineer. Bob works as a project manager and contract manager, as well as being HHI's resident engineer.

Ken Robinson holds a degree in Physics and an MBA. In addition to acting as HHI's Chief Estimator, he works as a Project Manager and Contracts Manager. Ken has managed projects in Nevada, Georgia, Idaho, and Utah, ranging from $5,000 small projects to the Wynn Encore in Las Vegas.

Rob Campbell holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State University. He has over twenty years experience with construction projects (fourteen of those with HHI) ranging from timber bridges to US Army laboratories, both as a project manager and as a quality control manager. Rob is equally adept with the design phase of projects and Primavera project scheduling. Additionally, he is a registered Professional Engineer, an ACI-certified concrete technician, and holds HAZWOPER certification.

With ten years experience in the construction industry, Greg Crosby is a valuable asset to any project. Greg holds BS degrees in Civil Engineering and Geography, an MS in Irrigation Engineering, and an MBA. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and is Red Cross certified in Workplace Safety.

Ryan Lamoreaux has been an HHI project manager for over ten years. He has overseen projects ranging from hospitals, to laboratories, to military/industrial applications. He has lately honed his talents with several complex design-build projects. Ryan holds a BS in Construction Management.
