Don and Cliff Hokanson, owners of HHI Corporation, each own 20% of Nakaya Construction, L.L.C. Nakaya Construction is an 8(a) Certified Small Disadvantaged Business with Design-Build capabilities. The company received 8(a) certification in July of 2005 and has a bonding capacity of $25 million.
