	Child Development Center Hill AFB, UT - This project provides for a single story (35,697 SF), concrete slab, steel frame, masonry exterior walls, and standing seam metal roof. Project includes multi-purpose rooms, isolation rooms, storage rooms, kitchen area and equipment, administrative space, playground area and equipment, fire protection and utilities. Also includes emergency detection/ annunciation system and CCTV system. This project also includes demolition of 6 buildings (total 35,731 SF). We have received a Merit award for this project's design.
	Renovate Basement Bldg 620 SCIF Nellis AFB, NV – Nakaya Construction is in the process of renovating Building 620 at Nellis Air Force Base to meet SCIF SAP-F requirements. The electrical, fire, and communications systems will be brought up to date, and the HVAC system rebalanced. In addition, the interior finishes will be replaced and the space reconfigured.
	Military Working Dog Kennel Expansion and new Visiting Handlers' Barracks Creech AFB, NV - This is a two-part design-build project. The existing Military Working Dog Kennel will be expanded to include six new dog runs, two isolation kennels, a classroom, kitchen, and sanitary facilities. Additionally, a new construction, six unit Visiting Handlers' Barracks will be erected based on the exisiting barracks.
	High Containment Facility Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD - HHI is working with Midwest Research Institute to design and build this facility for research and storage of toxic substances.
	Expansion and Renovation of Shopping Center McConnell AFB, KS – The expansion and remodel of approximately 43,000 sq ft of retail space was accomplished while shutting the store down for merely two days. The project included substantial renovation and repair of the existing concrete slab. Discovery of asbestos material in the old flooring caused a certain amount of difficulty, but the project is on track to be complete in early February.
	AAFES Shopping Center Malmstrom AFB, MT - The unusually deep frost depth in the Great Falls, MT area prompted a suspended-slab design for the new shopping center at Malmstrom AFB. This will be the first building of its kind on the base. Construction of the 40,000 square foot mall with attendant gas station has been complicated by the location; a hospital stood on the site some 70 years ago, and its partially-demolished foundation has been discovered at several points in the early stages of construction. When complete, the shopping center will include a barber shop/beauty salon, optician, dry cleaners, food court, clothing and uniform sales, and outdoor living area, in addition to general mechandise.
	VA Medical Center Research Education Building Boise, ID - Performed as a joint venture with Grand Enterprises, a service-disabled veteran-owned company, this 18,000 square foot facility houses laboratory, office, and classroom space, and supports twelve specialized researchers and their technicians.
	Sniper Field Fire Range Fort Carson, CO – This project is to construct the Automated Sniper Field Fire Range located at Fort Carson, Colorado. It consists of 6 small buildings, firing range and target work, and extensive gravel roads and parking.
	Special Forces Group Staff Annex and MAR Fort Carson, CO – The Staff Annex consists of a pre-engineered building which will serve as administrative building with office spaces, break area, conference room, restroom/closet, and communications closet. The contract also includes a Modular Arms Room (MAR), which provides storage space for ammunition and weapons.
	IPE Mannequin Dugway Proving Grounds, UT – Teamed with Midwest Research Institute, HHI is currently designing and constructing a testing facility for hazardous environments.
	West Desert Test Facility Dugway Proving Grounds, UT – Affectionately known as “Gilligan,” the West Desert Test Facility will be a training course constructed of pre-cast concrete panels to mimic a primitive village. The Facility’s remote location, reachable only by dirt road, poses a challenge, as water and electrical service must be provided. HHI will perform this contract in partnership with Nakaya Construction.
	Optimize HVAC in Bldg 4156 Dugway Proving Grounds, UT – This project specifies the installation of new optimized ventilation systems in order to restore the design intent of Lab ventilation systems in Building 4156. The exhaust systems and supply air systems are not currently operating as originally designed. In conjunction with Nakaya Construction, operation snorkels will be modified and provided with new hoods, and the air change rate will be brought in line with current standards.
	Improvements to RIAC Facility Dugway Proving Grounds, UT – HHI and Raas Brothers will complete all electrical, mechanical, architectural and civil work required to bring the RIAC Facility to bring the facility to mission requirements. Improvements to be made include earthwork, concrete, relocation of transformers, and upgrades to the water/sewer lift station.
