Child Development Center Hill AFB, UT - This project provides for a single story (35,697 SF), concrete slab, steel frame, masonry exterior walls, and standing seam metal roof. Project includes multi-purpose rooms, isolation rooms, storage rooms, kitchen area and equipment, administrative space, playground area and equipment, fire protection and utilities. Also includes emergency detection/ annunciation system and CCTV system. This project also includes demolition of 6 buildings (total 35,731 SF). |

Munitions Maintenance Facility Hill AFB, UT - This project provides for a single story, reinforced concrete footings, foundation, floor slabs, structural steel frame, insulated CMU walls, insulated standing seam metal roof, explosion proof lighting in paint room only (includes Paint Booth and Sandblast Room), fire protection, intrusion detection, utilities and emergency back-up power, parking pavement, fencing security lighting, site improvements, landscaping, and all other necessary support. This project will comply w ith DoD antiterrorism/force protection requirements. The Contractor shall develop and complete the designs and construct the facilities. |

F-22 Hangar Renovation, Building 206 Hill AFB, UT - This design-build project is renovation and conversion of an existing 22,000 square foot hangar at Hill Air Force Base. The hangar upgrades the building infrastructure for repair of F-22 aircraft. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and structural upgrades. The hangar bay is constructed as a Department of Defense secure facility. |

Building 4531 Upgrade Dugway Proving Ground, UT - This project is a complete renovation of the fire protection system for an administrative facility at Dugway Proving Ground. The project replaces the existing Halon system with a new FM-200 system for protection of data rooms. Construction also includes new generators, electrical improvements, and mechanical upgrades to improve services within the building. |

Building 469 Renovation Tinker AFB, OK - This 40,000 square foot design-build renovation modified an existing warehouse to a new “positive inventory control” facility at Tinker Air Force Base. Work includes complete renovation of the HVAC and plumbing systems, power, lighting, communications, and fire protection systems. Additional specialty work included upgrading the facility to Department of Defense secure facility standards, which required additional architectural, structural, and alarm system features. The entire project was designed and constructed in less than 100 days. |

Building 845 Bay G Hill AFB, UT - This design-build project converted an existing warehouse into a high security storage facility. Work included a complete HVAC upgrade, specialized floor coatings, and fire suppression improvements. In addition, the facility entrances were upgraded to meet ADA standards. |
