Nakaya Construction is in the process of renovating Building 620 at Nellis Air Force Base to meet SCIF SAP-F requirements. The electrical, fire, and communications systems will be brought up to date, and the HVAC system rebalanced. In addition, the interior finishes will be replaced and the space reconfigured. This project is the first Task Order in Nakaya’s Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) with Nellis AFB.

This design-build project at Hill AFB converted an existing warehouse into a high security storage facility. Work included a complete HVAC upgrade, specialized floor coatings, and fire suppression improvements. In addition, the facility entrances were upgraded to meet ADA standards.
This design-build project resulted in a complete renovation of the interior of Building 777 at Hill AFB. The building's interior was already demolished. HHI provided all interior finishes (walls, paint, ceilings, floors, carpet, etc.), doors, HVAC, and electrical, for new kitchen, restrooms, and lounge with exercise and game rooms. The facility also included a 530 square foot SCIF-compliant room.
Constructed security guard house and site improvements in Federal Aviation Administration high-security site with owner occupancy during construction. Construction took place during September 11, 2001 events. Owner-requested changes included items such as changes to the Site Grade, Landscaping, ADA modifications to the design of the Guard House and Barrier Screen.
